RESOURCES

Here you'll find links to other charities who might be able to offer you support if we are unable to, support lines and also some Self-help Resources (on the sub page) such as details of what an investigation might look like, how to talk to children about what has happened, help with sleep, anxiety and nightmares. Hopefully you'll find some of the support here useful. If you can't find what you need on this page please email us on support@actsfast.org.uk and we will try and help further.
