We're looking for a Sessional Counsellor

Our Counselling Service supports the non-abusive parents/carers and adult family members of children who have suffered Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) or sexual assault and the non-offending parents/carers and adult family members around someone who has accessed Indecent Images of Children (IIOC).


We're looking for a sessional counsellor who has been trained up to Level 4 in Counselling or equivalent, has at least 200 hours clinical experience, is a member of a counselling body such as the BACP or UKCP, and has their own counselling liability insurance.


We would be offering £30 an hour and we would be looking at, to start, a maximum of 4 clients. We would expect you to come into our offices, based just outside the village of Gussage St Michael, near Wimborne. We would offer group supervision monthly and training for the role. Ideally we would want the candidate to be available to start in April 2024.
